By checking the box below, I understand that the regular playing season runs for at least the duration of the USL League Two, USL W League, and/or Midwest Premier League's regular seasons, and playoffs/tournaments possibly adding to that time span. I certify am based in the Chicago metropolitan area or am willing to regularly commute, and am available to train at least twice per week, as well as attend all league matches (home and away) during this time frame in order to be considered.
